English term or phrase: case disposition log

Ik zou zweren dat ik dit al eerder heb vertaald, maar ik kan het nergens meer vinden. ik zag een gerelateerd lemma hier op Proz: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/english_to_dutch/medical:_pharmace... maar dat is niet helemaal hetzelfde, denk ik.

De context is: "The case disposition log (CDL) is an Excel spreadsheet that is used to identify the sampling frame and is programmed to ensure that no patient-identifying information is entered into the [...] system."

De vertaler heeft het over een 'logboek van casusstatus' maar ik zoek een standaardterm (ik ben revisor in dezen). Wie biedt? Alvast dank!

En het is een Excel sheet, daarin worden lijsten gemaakt, een schikking of rangschikking, en rang kan dan weer voor plaatsing in de rangschikking. Vandaar “plaatsing” “schikking” “zaak” geval”.
