De marinecomponent van het ABL (Belgisch leger) heeft geen duikboten, dus ook geen benaming voor deze graad.
Nederland heeft wel duikboten, maar deze functie bestaat daar ook niet.
Daar het de meest senior NCO (onderofficier) betreft, zou ik kiezen voor oppermeester-chef (in Nederland: adjudant-onderofficier, maar dat klink nergens naar, vind ik, eventueel sergeant-majoor gebruiken).
Om het nog verwarrender te maken, zijn de graden van hoofdonderofficier dan ook nog eens wal- of staffuncties. |
