Explanation:
Volgens mij is er niets mis met jouw eigen suggestie om "in partnership with" te vertalen als "in samenwerking met".

Uit de Engelse term valt ook niet op te maken wat de samenwerking exact inhoudt. Dat zal wellicht uit de rest van de tekst wel blijken.
