more context, please Explanation: flash in the context of concrete extrusion can mean a couple of things: 1) it can have something to do with the inclusion in the concrete object of a "flashing", which is a kind of water stop that will, upon use of the tiles, prevent water to infiltrate between te tiles. 2)"flash setting" in concrete means a concrete that cures (hardens out ) too rapidly with devastating consequences as to the quality of the concrete 3)"flash coat" is a thin layer of projected concrete (also called shotcrete) I don not know which of the cases applies...context???? |

anti -braam/vormnaad voorziening Explanation: In het geval dat een produkt geëxtrudeerd wordt blijft er altijd een vormnaad of braam achter op het gevormde produkt. Dit is een oneffenheid ter plaatse van het laatst uit de extrusiekop gekomen materiaal. Dit heet in het engels "flash". Om dit te vermijden kan men in de extrusiekop een pijpje(coaxiaal met de extrusieopening)aanbrengen dat min of meer meebeweegt (in zekere mate) met het materiaal dat door de kop stroomt. Bij het extruderen van het laatste beetje materiaal zorgt dit meebewegend pijpje ervoor dat er geen vormnaad achter blijft op het produkt. Voor zover ik kan opmaken uit de tekst gaat het hier om dit soort voorziening. Waarom die dingen gekleurd zouden kunnen zijn ontgaat mij volledig! Voor zover ik weet bestaat er geen standaard nederlandse uitdrukking voor dit soort voorziening...vandaar de min of meer gekunstelde omschrijving |
