Please help with the translation of the following:

precise positive tracking (sentence = There are some minor differences in the way this system secures a precise positive tracking and accurate windage and elevation moment).

The movement is inverse to the one in the old fashioned riflescopes. The internal rotating post gives a better post to erector contact, eliminating any possible drift or zero variation.
