I found this term in a brochure for a tourist organization.
The context is an aquarium:
UK’s longest underwater tunnel
Enjoy close encounters with sharks
Daily talks, feeding and dive displays
Over 2,000 creatures in 40 amazing habitats
I am not sure what to make of the term 'daily talks'.

Het is misschien niet de juiste vertaling, maar wel wat er wordt bedoeld. In veel aquaria (ik ben er in aardig wat geweest) worden er in de publieksruimte dagelijks 'presentaties' gehouden: er wordt van alles over de dieren in het aquarium verteld en mensen kunnen vragen stellen. Vaak duurt zo'n presentatie 15-30 minuten. Heel leuk overigens! |
