Explanation:
Met alkoof wordt toch meestal een nisje of iets dergelijks bedoeld. Een aparte ruimte zonder deur.
Omdat het toch een iets verouderd woord is, zou ik het omschrijven. Misschien is het handig om na te gaan met welk doel de alkoof is ingericht.
