Explanation:
Als er een vaste uitdrukking voor was, had iemand die wel geleverd. Dit is wat ik denk dat het betekent. Verstuurd vanuit het ene bedrijf en aangekomen bij de juiste persoon (binnen het ontvangende ) bedrijf. Aangezien het op het bureau terecht komt gaat het ,denk ik, over papieren? Ben niet zeker over de leestekens.

Het belangrijke lijkt mij dat het van een bedrijf bij een specifieke persoon aankomt. Er zijn uitdrukkingen als from door to door, port to door, door to port etc.
of gewoon letterlijk van deur-tot-bureau verzending.
