Addition: "juht" sounds best when preceded by company name: XXX, Eesti Energia juht. You could try "XXX, tegevjuht", or sometimes "president". "Direktor" seems to be on its way out in ET these days. |

Explanation:
A CCO is by no means the same as CEO or President. It is a position in very large corporations who need a separate person to lead and take responsibility for the internal services, or - CORPORATE services. Thos services are, for example, accounting, HR or personnel management, IT, legal department etc, and basically have to do less with business and operations, and more with administration.
