English term or phrase: Title (like Mr., Ms.)
Just a field in the form near name. I understand that it is rarely used in Estonian, but it is required. "Hr / pr" is not an option.

Tiitel, staatus, pöördumine

Explanation:
Kui see mõiste on kasutusel näiteks mõnel blanketil, siis on õigeim tiitel, kuigi paremaks mõistmiseks oleks vaja lisada sulgudesse (hr, pr, prl).
Suulises kõnes on see pöördumine.
Kasutatakse ka staatus või nimetus.

Example sentence(s):
  • Tiitel: Hr, Nimi: Tamm jne

Pöördumine

Explanation:
"Tiitel" means "honorific or profession-related appellation" and therefore I would not use it. In my opinion, "pöördumine" would be the most adequate translation.

Example sentence(s):
  • EKI definitsioon "tiitel": seisuse-, ameti- v aunimetus
