Thank you 02:34 Oct 6, 2012
Dear Zaynab , I would firstly like to say, I really appreciate your email and the concerns showed. As you may have realised, I am new on the site and am still struggling to get my head round of it. Anyway, that should be a matter of time. I also thank you for providing those useful links. However, in regard with the term in question (Consecutive Interpreting) and its Persian equivalences, I may say that if I have not chosen the terms you had suggested, it does not mean that I have found them inappropriate. Why did I Pick up the terms were recommended by Mr. Amini? Perhaps, because nobody objected what Mr. Amini, had proposed, and somehow, I liked the term (ترجمه بند بند), which also corresponds the process of Consecutive Interpreting. I believe that there are no such things as right or wrong translations (well, not in that level). I entirely agree with you, I have to take into account others colleagues’ point of view too, and I will bear it in my mind for future cases. Thank you once again
