This is the slogan used on car sticker´s attached to the back window of a car, in order to warn the drivers behind the car to keep a certain distance to avoid a car crash.
I dont know equivalent translation in Finnish.

Your translation should be popular and must have many car stickers or pictures displayed if you search from Google. Client would prefer some formal car sticker translations for this term.

Explanation:
This is the equivalent Finnish, but you won't find too many stickers pics with Google, bacause 1) Finns are not that keen on them, and 2) most of the "Baby on Board" stickers I've seen, have actually been in English.

But if you want to use Finnish, this is what I'd use and saw some T-shirts with this printed on them.
