agree  Timo Lehtilä: Yes, although those 'Herra/Rouva' are often avoided in Finnish nowadays, a professional title, if it is high enough (like presidentti, pääjohtaja (CEO)), can be used instead.

agree  Alfa Trans: With Timo. We do not use herra ja rouva, nor capital letters. We prefer the spouse's title, for example, like this: presidentti ja rouva Mauno Koivisto.
