Käsittääkseni kyseessä on osakkeiden tms. takaisinhankinnan "perusmuoto".
Yhtiö hankkii osakkeita takaisin itselleen osakkeenomistajien omistamien osakkeiden suhteessa. "Yhtiö voi tässä luvussa säädetyllä tavalla päättää: 1) hankkia omia osakkeitaan (hankkiminen);" (osakeyhtiölain 15. luku 1§)
Toinen vaihtoehto osakkeiden hankkimiselle osakeyhtiölain mukaan on ns. suunnattu hankkiminen: "Omia osakkeita voidaan hankkia muuten kuin osakkeenomistajien omistamien osakkeiden suhteessa (suunnattu hankkiminen), jos siihen on yhtiön kannalta painava taloudellinen syy." (osakeyhtiölain 15. luku 6§)

Käsittäisin, että "hankkiminen" terminä sisältää oletuksenä tämän equal access -ajatuksen.
"Suunnattu hankkiminen" taas vastaisi equal access buy-backin vaihtoehtoa, selective buy-backia. Selective buy-back on mainittu esim. tuossa asic.gov.au-linkissä. |
