Netissä esiintyy epämääräisesti sellainen termi kuin 'oikeusopillinen kirjanpito' (lainausmerkeissä tosin). Yhdessä EU-dokumentissa se on käännetty "kirjanpitoalan rikostekninen asiantuntemus". Voisi kait olla "kirjanpitorikokset" tai "talousrikokset", mutta tarkastelunäkökanta on tällöin vähän toinen. |

| Grading comment Tuossa linkissä EU-kääntäjäkään ei oikein ole luottanut käännöksensä ymmärrettävyyteen ja on lisännyt eng. termin sulkuihin. Minä panin oppiaineeksi "Oikeustutkinnallinen kirjanpidon tarkastus", mikä minun mielestäni kertoo varsin luotettavasti sen, mistä on kysymys.
