Depends on who you are talking about. If you mean the sworn-in professionals in Finland, auktorisoitu (formerly virallinen) kääntäjä is the term. If, in a Finnish court, you wish to refer to sworn translators elsewhere, I wouldn't raise an eyebrow at the term valantehnyt kääntäjä. Normally, the term auktorisoitu kääntäjä is reserved for people with Finnish credentials only.

Translation for oyur quesry: Oikeudellinen kääntäjä ja tulkki (from web I understod that oikeudellinen kääntäjä ja tulkki is always a sworn translator or interpreter - at least in Finland). Here in Italy I have been asked to work at a court even if I'm not a sworn translator (never accepted to do it).
