Explanation:
This is a more accessible term from a layman's point of view, and also much used by Finnish professionals. Your choice of term will ultimately depend on your target group. If you're writing for professionals, either this or "torakolumbaaliranka" suggested by Marju will be fine. If it's for a wider public, this would be a better choice.
