Je doute qu'il s'agisse d'un "fonds de construction" mais je ne vois pas de quoi il peut s'agir.

C'est ainsi qu'on appelle ce prêt en France "le 1% logement".
Il est proposé par l'employeur : ordonnance n° 2005-895 du 20 août 2005 a relevé le seuil d'assujettissement au 1% logement de 10 à 20 salariés. Cette disposition est applicable en 2006.
