No change from the Employee perspective. They still need to submit their T&E claims forms along with any cash return against advances to the Local Finance team (to Ms. xxx). Local BU will scan the T&E claim forms & the receipts of the expenses. |

Quand des employés vont en voyage d'affaires à l'étranger, leur société peut leur donner de l'argent liquide, surtout s'ils ont besoin de devises étrangères, pour régler leurs menus frais en liquide, comme un taxi en arrivant à l'aéroport, une boisson, un sandwich, un pourboire,... Ils doivent indiquer ces frais dans leur "expense report" et rapporter l'excédent de cash, qu'ils n'ont donc pas dépensé. A noter qu'ils ont droit à un certain montant par jour qui ne doit pas être justifié par des "vouchers".
Je crois qu'il faut prendre "against" au sens de "par rapport à" ici.
