Accounting
English term or phrase: "Sign-in" / "sign-out"
These terms are used in relation to the issuing (sign-out) and return
(sign-in) of rented equipment when a signature is required from the person
renting. Current translation suggests sortie and entrée, which seem
inadequate to me. We need to convey the concept of the item being signed
out (checked out) in person by the client - at some point there is also the
phrase "Sign-out required?", meaning is the sign-out process required for
this type of equipment?

Pour \"signed out in person by the client\" j\'utiliserais \"prise en charge signée par le client en personne\": on a le droit de reproduire la notion sans faire du mot à mot
