English term or phrase: Bullets

In a medical translation (advertising for a drug), in the margin appears a series of words, preceding the sentence to translate. Obviously they are specifications for the printing stage of this paper. Being overall a physician, I'm not used to this terminology. Can you help me ? Thanks in advance

Puce is the Microsoft term, but secretaries call them "boulettes"

More formal than boulettes.
Of course, being overall a physician, you could manufacture a Hybrid and call them...pucettes. :-)
