female entrepreneur "at work" in mens changing room
a sexy, beautiful woman "works" on a shower head to reduce water while a naked man takes a shower. Sexy? No, innovative.

How would you translate "at work" and "works" here?

  -> There is. I thought it was also present in the original.

agree  Séverine Wanlin: I also think the original is a bit ambiguous - on purpose. I would simply say "à la tâche" without "la main", though.
