Il me semble que vous allez devoir varier vu le sens très varié que peut prendre "friendly" en fonction de ce à quoi il s'applique.
dans d'autres cas, "convivial" convient bien pour décrire l'ambiance, l'esprit que l'on veut donner à l'événement.
