Explanation:
Je pense qu'il faut donner le sens le plus large possible à business : les membres pouvant avoir différents types d'activité, qui sont toutes régies par certaines règles de conduite.
fair conduct = attitude sportive
unfair : antisportif, déloyal, etc ...
Il me semble qu'il y a un amalgame avec ces notions et qui fait que le verbe conduct est utilisé.
