The Company has looked at this issue of safety in relation to All Wheel Drive, Front Wheel Drive and Rear Wheel Drive vehicles for use in inclement weather.

Can we translate as :

L’entreprise s’est renseignée quant à la sécurité des véhicules à transmission intégrale, à traction avant et à traction arrière par mauvais temps.

I am not sure about "L’entreprise s’est renseignée" as it may be a litteral translation of "The Company has looked at (…).

Explanation:
Remarque: "traction arrière" (!) est une impossibilité sémantique, et le terme n'existe pas. On parle de "propulsion". On peut aussi parler de "roues motrices avant ou arrière" dans cette phrase. Et on peut traduire "inclement weather" par "sur routes mouillées ou enneigées".
