During 2005, we began a thorough review of the EUMETSAT Data Policy with the aim of simplifying the over-heavy licensing procedure for educational and research users and enabling National Meteorological Services of Member and Cooperating States to delegate licensing for these users in their countries to the EUMETSAT Secretariat.
