Work was on ATA92 Chapter. Client supplies inputs like SAM B, Handover, VKE diagram and Zone Diagram. Input analysis was done for SAM B for routing of SAM C and checking clashes against different ATA chapters like 21, 25, 26, 35, 53 and 92. SAM C route sketch was prepared with help of VKE diagram, From Fin to To Fin details and Bundle diameter calculator. Zone Separation was done with respect to Sectional Zone Diagram. Creating the VPM container for SAM C model in PSN structure. Routing the harness and checking for network. Also provides Design standards and manual. Project requires detailed understanding of Electrical Harness and Wire routing mechanisms to be followed as per Airbus Standards. deliverable is checked with client supplied Q-Checker tool. |
