"L. Prop Low Pitch" I presume L. means left as there is "R. Prop Low Pitch" later in the Table.

Item of a table entitled "Annunciator examination results" under the heading "Annunciator". the other heading is the "State" (ON or OFF)

Here's some context: "The light bulbs from the annunciator panels were examined to determine their on/off state at the time of impact; the results are listed in Table 2."

Explanation:
I believe this warning message means 'the pitch (angle) of the propellor is low'

Whether it means 'low with respect to some limit', or simply 'at the low end of its setting range', I couldn't say.

I don't think (AFAIK) that prop pitch switches between just 2 settings, 'high' and 'low'.
