Hi,

I need your help to translate the sentence below which is part of a non-disclosure agreement:

The Disclosing Party is either the owner or licensee of certain confidential information.

I would translate by "La Partie Dilvulguant peut être le propriétaire ou le sous-traitant d'une information confidentielle" but I really don't like the word sous-traitant in this context. Can you please suggest anything better?
