Je ne suis pas spécialiste dans le domaine et mes réfs ne concernent pas la grippe aviaire. J'aurais donc du mettre un niveau de confiance moins élevé - sorry!

Cependant, je sais qu'en général "to blow down" signifie "utiliser l'air sous pression pour enlever la poussière, etc". "Down" est très utile en anglais - on n'a pas besoin de plus de précision!

S'il ne s'agit pas forcément de poussière, une autre formulation telle que "décontamination à l'air sous pression" pourrait faire l'affaire...
