Non-crop signifie non cultivé ou non désiré mais par rapport au pollen je ne vois pas... Merci.

"les jachères apicoles" are a very much criticized
initiative of the pesticide industry, aka mostly Monsanto,
BASF and Bayer, to answer the concerns of beekeepers in the
US and in most of Europe, who have seen their hive
populations drop dramatically over the last 5 to 6 years.
One of the suspects was the insecticides used to coat the
plant seeds, that cause the release of toxic chemicals
throughout the growing season, traces of which would be
found in the pollen that the bees bring back
(http://en.wikipedia.org/.../Imidacloprid_effects_on_bee_popu...

"Les jachères apicoles" are a clever marketing ploy by
said companies to persuade the farmers to plant their fallow
fields with flowers that the bees could visit and harvest
the safe nectar from. These wild flowers would of course be
grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and would
provide a much needing diversion for the pesticide industry
from the bad publicity they are getting with the bee
problems.

-> thanks - extracted my spring honey on Saturday ;-)

-> again, you do not seem to understand. CCD (Colony collapse disorder) is due among otehr things to bees bringing back to the hive pollen from agricultural crops (corn, rapeseed) whose seeds have been coated with an insecticide. I am a beekeeper, I know.
