Je traduis une enquête téléphonique dans le secteur agricole-agroalimentaire, et l'enquêteur doit demander si l'entreprise est un abattoir / processing plant / further processing plant ...

Je ne sais pas comment traduire la différence entre les 2 dernières propositions, merci d'avance pour vos suggestions !
