Explanation:
If you are referring to the chilies often used in Thai cooking, they are known in french as "piment oiseau" (this is the singular form). I found this by looking up French versions of Thai recipes that I know contain bird's eye chilies. After I found the term piment oiseau, I did a google image search, which turned up many images of bird's eye chilies. I hope this helps.

"biologique" is the French term used to mean organic when referring to the origin/preparation of food items.
