This is taken from a catalogue of gardening tools. It contains lots of tools used for cultivating, digging, weeding, watering, sprinkling etc

These are 2 consecutive lines in the list of items:

*Adjustable flow, locking trigger, soft grip metal body, brass connector (I believe this is a water pistol)

* 36" Rose Wand

I have no idea what "Rose Wand" refers to. Could it be a decorative pattern on a hose (tuyau d'arrosage)?
