le contexte est celui d'une présentation de design ou d'une présentation d'un projet d'architecture au client, survenant après la définition du cahier des charges et le développement des idées:
"Presentation: it will normally involve a model, sample sheets, diagrams, notes, sketches or 'perspectives', graphic layouts in whatever form appropriate, and will be personally 'presented' and argued for by yourself to the client or more usually to his board of directors."
De quoi pourrait-il s'agir? L'idée est-elle celle d'échantillons? Si oui, quel genre d'échantillons?

Explanation: les "sample sheets" peuvent représenter beaucoup de choses différentes, et je n'aime pas le terme d'échantillon tout seul (échantillon de quoi?) et "échantillons de feuilles ou de papier" ne se dit pas évidemment.
sheets= imprimés
l'article "des" suggère bien qu'il s'agit d'un échantillon et non de la totalité.
