English to French translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Architecture | | English term or phrase: joint details | Bonjour,
j'aimerais savoir quel est le mot le plus adapté parmi les nombreuses traductions possibles du mot "joint" dans cette expression particulière. Le contexte est celui du travail de l'architecte ou du designer vis-à-vis de la fabrication de maquettes:
"Full-scale mock-ups of joint details are sometimes helpful, full-scale but drastically simplified environments are occasionnally worthwhile, and of course furniture requires modelmaking at all stages..."
J'ai pensé à "détails de jointures", mais je me demande si le mot "jointure" est bien le meilleur ici, ou si je dois lui préférer "joint", "nœud", "raccord" ou encore "assemblage"...
