La question n'est pas sur le terme lui-même, mais sur la signification de l’adjectif « satisfactory » dans ce contexte ? Je dirais que la particularité de ce cahier des charges, c’est qu’il réponde aux exigences indiquées, comme les termes de références convenus et clairs… ne peut-on donc pas simplement traduire : « un cahier des charges satisfaisant », ou « un cahier des charges qui remplit les exigences indiquée, comme par exemple des termes de références clairs auxquels les deux partis se sont accordés. » |
