English to French translations [PRO] Art/Literary - Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting
English term or phrase:living into
This is a contemporary artist's statement concerning his show in a Museum of ancient art.
... this sessential dialogue allows audiences to understand both the past that informs us and the future we are **living into.**
The use of *into* gives a special dynamic to the expression, I would be grateful for any ideas you might have.
Explanation: "Philippe Sollers, Une vie divine (Folio, 2007, 502 p., s.p.m.)

Explanation: "ou sommes en train de nous fondre " In the use of "living" instead of "we live", there's the idea that the action has already started in the present and will pursue in the future, it is not just in the future.
And "into" gives the idea of "pénétration, adaptation"
