*Skinny* means *scoop*(information on a given matter). "Here's the scoop on you" (concerning your medical exams). Remember: the translation I gave you is has been taken out of register. This means that I do not the equivalent expression in French to match this register or formality. *Skinny* is slang and naturally and an informal register translation would be ideal. Unfortunately, I don't have that equivalent, but I can assure my translation is correct although it is in a non-slang and more formal context.
