sur la traduction de "noid": Le problème est qu'il y a incertitude sur la signification en anglais:
"The best way to look at injectors is with a digital scope, but an inexpensive test for power to the injectors involves use of a "NOID" light. (Don't ask me what NOID means; most techs don't know either. There is a joke going about that NOID stands for Non-Operating Injector Detector!) It's simply a device that connects serially between the injector harness and the injector itself. There is a small LED on the back of the NOID tester and if it blinks during cranking, the injector is getting electrical power. I don't use them much myself, since I have access to a Fluke."

Ce qui est testé c'est le fonctionnement des injecteurs (fuel injector).
Il n'est pas nécessaire d'ajouter "carburant" pour traduire fuel. Cela va de soi quand on parle des injecteurs
