Le programme Car Heaven, en vigueur toute l'année, a été conçu par la
Fondation Air Pur et est soutenu par des partenariats avec General Motors du
Canada, Imperial Oil, le gouvernement du Canada, le ministère de
l'Environnement de l'Ontario et l'Ontario Automotive Recyclers Association. Il
vise à accélérer le retrait de vieux véhicules très polluants de la
circulation et à promouvoir l'adoption de véhicules plus propres.

Asker: merci mals, mais je connais ce texte de la Fondation Air Pur : ils parlent ici de "polluting véhicles" et non pas de "live" vehicles, qui est une expression concernant les véhicules polluants, certes, mais qui sont encore en état de marche et que le propriétaire utilise toujours. :-)

Explanation:
est le terme français de France qui me vient directement à l'esprit. Je crois que les guillemets pour "live" renvoyent avec ironie directement à ce concept d'épave. Ne sais pas en revanche si l'idée est possible pour le Canada ?
