buse de pulvérisation à double réglage

Explanation:
It's a nozzle (''buse de pulvérisation'') which can be set (''réglage'') for two spraying patterns (''double'').
I have no Internet link for this, but I think this should be very close to the truth...

Sentence found there: Lance à double réglage en acier inox, avec contrôle modulaire et/ou...
''Lance'' is used instead of ''buse'' but it's the same principle.

Explanation:
Il s'agit apparemment d'un double tube avec deux embouts fins parallèles. Il me semble en avoir vu aux US. Ca distribue côte à côte des quantités identiques des deux produits, qu'il reste ensuite à mélanger.
