The price is adjusted for the excess wear and tear charges. If a customer returns the vehicle they are contractually obligated to pay excess charges to the car company.
excess charges se traduit, litéralement par "charges excessives" ou "charges pour excès"
sauf que... ça s'éloigne du sens
je ne voudrais pas répéter (si possible) des frais d'usure et d'utilisation excessives
