Explanation:
J'ai pensé à chercher « battery string », et on trouve « chaîne de batteries » à http://www.crtc.gc.ca/archive/frn/decisions/2006/dt2006-42.h...
Alors « sous-chaîne de batteries » serait peut-être une piste.
On voit aussi « banc d'accumulateurs » à http://cetc-varennes.nrcan.gc.ca/popupgal.php?lang=Fr&id=522... (remplacer Fr par En pour voir l'anglais), qui donnerait « sous-banc d'accumulateurs »... pour autant qu'il y a ce type d'installation (plusieurs batteries ou accumulateurs) sur le véhicule en question.
