Explanation:
Une idée serait engin de levage manuel / prise manuelle.

également on appelle "hand raisers" l'auditoire d'un talk show puisqu'ils commentncent à aplaudir et à lever leurs mains lorsque la personne en charge lur fait signe.
Dans ce sens les non handraisers pourraient etre ceux qui ne préfèrent as ce produit, les "non partisants", ceux qui sont contre, ou qui ont voté contre.
