Dans un manuel automobile destiné aux garagistes, au chapitre des contrôles du moteur :

"Is the timing mark of the crankshaft within a range of the indicator for ignition timing check provided on the **timing chain cover**?"

Je ne vois pas bien de quoi il s'agit... je suis perdue dans les "timing".
Plus haut dans le manuel, il était question de la "timing light" (lampe stroboscopique), puis "timing mark" (repère de calage)... et maintenant "timing check" et "timing chain cover"...
