D'après les peu d'informations que j'ai lues, flickability signifie la souplesse que caractèrise une moto: si p'ex la moto peut changer de route tout d'un coup et tout en restant stable

Ex de phrase (extrait d'une vidéo): ...now the rider is seated closer to the center of gravity, and so the bike is more flickable..."
Donc en changeant le centre de gravité, on arrive à changer de route plus facilement et alors être plus souple/flexible.
Cette souplesse est atteinte puisqu'on a donné à la moto un léger "flick", c'est à dire un léger coup

La maniabilité désigne la plus ou moins bonne aptitude d'un véhicule terrestre, naval ou aérien à réagir aux sollicitations de son conducteur ou pilote pour effectuer les manœuvres désirées.

À ne pas confondre avec la manœuvrabilité qui désigne l'aptitude d'un véhicule à effectuer certaines évolutions comme une boucle dans le cas d'un hélicoptère comme le Tigre d'Eurocopter - voir vidéo dans l'article). Un véhicule peut être très manœuvrable mais avoir une mauvaise maniabilité !
