hello!

I would like to have some precision with the following sentence, what do you understand by "specification" :

Can I trust the dealer to deliver on time and to the right specification?

Puis-je faire confiance au concessionnaire pour respecter les délais et ?? ?

extracted from a sales process manual for sales consultants (cars) who imagine what questions a potential client may ask himself before buying a car. I am doubtful whether it is about "caractéristique".

En effet, il ne suffit pas qu’un système soit observable, il faut aussi que l’information qu’il véhicule soit perçue par l’utilisateur au bon moment et que les informations importantes ou critiques soit effectivement prises en compte.

Asker: peut-être peut-on envisager de ce placer du point de vue du concessionaire puisque c'est à lui que s'adresse ce manuel. j'ai déjà traduit feature par caractéristique. et en effet, je n'ai jamais acheté de voiture.
