D'après Google.com --> multi-storey building.
Ce serait donc bien un bâtiments à plusieurs étages.

Pour writeaway : si sur Google.com on entre "parking garage" + images, on obtient une forte majorité de bâtiments. Pour certaines images de gargaes en sous-sol, il est indiqué en plus "Underground parking garage". D'où mon choix
