"cavalier" est le terme utilisé sur un chantier ou site minier par exemple et ici je pense qu'il s'agit que quelque chose comme ça par l'utilisation de "haul roads" et "silt traps".
On peut aussi trouvé les 2 en même temps dans les documents français alors que l'anglais n'a qu'un terme la différence étant une question de taille.
